The BPX company was awarded the LODOŁAMACZE 2023

The social campaign is organized by Fundacja Aktywizacji Zawodowej Osób Niepełnosprawnych (FAZON), established by Polska Organizacja Pracodawców Osób Niepełnosprawnych. The event has been held regularly since 2006, and its main mission is combating stereotypes and biases about people with disabilities, especially in the labor market.

Over the years, the event has been evolving, and today, it rewards not only employers hiring people with disabilities but also other ways of social responsibility in companies. That attitude is associated with a number of activities towards disabled persons, as well as responsibility for others, the climate, and the planet.

This year, the winners were honored with 10 categories. BPX was awarded in the “Healthy Company” category for 2022 activities:

• actions promoting health in the workplace and toward improving employees’ health,
• health and education-related,
• aim to support sports activity among teams.

The wide range of BPX CSR projects wouldn’t be possible without the great commitment of the rapidly growing Wellbeing Team.

We’re proud that BPX cares about its surroundings and takes action both toward its employees and the environment. From the outset, the BPX team is committed to activities supporting people on the autism spectrum and many CSR and wellbeing undertakings.
